I like the size; a larger size would be good as well. I am awaiting an email response on how to use it for the best results. I assume the clear bottom is the immersion cell that is placed on the microscope stage and the smaller white filtered component is placed under the immersion cell if diffuse light is required? Can this be confirmed and any other ways to use the combo would be very much appreciated.
