The DK7900 GemTrue Diamond Plus Tester Pen, a British-designed and engineered tool crafted for precise diamond testing. This advanced tester uses thermo conductive technology to distinguish diamonds from other white gems, providing highly accurate readings with no manual calibration required.
Key features include a microchipped 0.6mm thermoelectric probe, a patented 180-degree touch grip, and an illuminated display panel for easy-to-read results. The DK7900 also includes a built-in metal alert to prevent false readings when testing mounted stones and an integrated UV light to check for fluorescence in diamonds.
This lightweight and portable tester is ideal for use in both trade and professional settings. It operates automatically, with an automatic shutoff feature for convenience, and is designed to be used in either hand. The tester comes with a leather carrying pouch, making it easy to take on business trips or to trade shows.
Important Note: The DK7900 Diamond Plus Tester Pen is designed to test only diamonds. It does not differentiate between natural diamonds and manmade diamonds like Moissanite or CVD. For testing these stones, a multi-tester such as the GemTrue Multi Plus or Synthetic Tester (ARETE DK10200 or APEX DK10300) is recommended.
